In our village, everyone gets a workout in, even the adults. We could watch this over and over again. Many years ago we had another 2 year old flipping on the bar and just look up at us and say “Seriously!?” It had been an ongoing expression amongst the staff since 2017. Perhaps we say it too much 😂 thank you for trusting us with your child

Conditioning and warm up do not have to be boring. We love teaching your child to love moving and exercising. They surprised us with knowing the words to “Baby” by Justin Bieber hopefully this warm up will be as memorable as the lyrics.
