God blesses me with the power to build & improve the tumblers that I am so grateful to work with. Unnoticingly to me, however, the blessings come to me in the form of the tumblers themselves. There is not one that is like the other. The uniqueness & rarity of each individual is the secret to them reaching their full potential. The Lord has blessed us all with the blueprint for our success, and I can tell you in my experience it won’t be unlocked by trying to be someone else. Each day I get the opportunity to help my tumblers find & build themselves into the people God created them to be. What a blessing!

Those days where the body has to push extra hard, the mind must get stronger too. Tumblers must build the power to find solutions instead of excuses, and the effort to be successful even if it takes more energy than normal. Tumblers are constantly trying to raise the ceiling of their skills, but it’s the floor that, like the tumbler’s standard, must be elevated. Amazing work Capri!

A lot of what happens in training is a product of how a tumbler acts and reacts. If a tumbler has been given the same correction consistently, how do they think differently to make the change? If a tumbler makes a mistake while giving great effort, do they obsess over the mistake or put more focus into what they are actually trying to do? It’s easy to have a plan in training until things go differently than expected. Sometimes it’s better, and sometimes it isn’t, but the focus should always be to learn, improve, & solidify until the best way is the only way. Excellent work Lia!

Looking for the right things in training can make an enormous difference on the success of each day. Every time a tumbler trains, they can find weaknesses to strengthen, mistakes to correct, and answers to the most important questions. The hard part is cementing what is learned to help progression for the next day of training. Each day training builds tumblers with every improvement made. Awesome job Chloe!

Trust is easy to lose and extremely hard to build. For every ten reps that build positive reinforcement, one poorly executed rep can ruin the momentum. Building quality tumbling is a process that must be tailored to each tumbler. Each tumbler must challenge themselves, face their fears, and most importantly build personal trust to be successful, regardless of what happened in the past or what obstacles await in the future. Amazing job Kaia! So proud of you!

Tumbling is not for the lazy. Even if a tumbler works their hardest, nothing is guaranteed. Some tumblers even lose what they worked to get. One thing a tumbler can be sure of is there will be work, a lot of it. The tumbler that loves the work is already more than halfway to their destination. Excellent work Lyla!

Tumblers learn over time that good technique takes less effort than bad technique. Some actions feel like they make sense, until the better action is learned. Other times a technique or timing of a skill may seem challenging to comprehend until it eventually clicks, and then the tumbler experiences the benefits and sees the improvement(s). It doesn’t always happen fast or easy, but when it does click, tumbling becomes almost effortless. Amazing work Sarah!

Sometimes the hardest person a tumbler can impress is themselves. It’s very easy to be hyper-critical and not be aware of the small improvements each week. The magic isn’t always explosive & spectacular. Sometimes the magic comes from the consistency & repetition of work. Keep working. Amazing job Melina!

Some tumblers make tumbling look unfair. There is a natural ease when it comes to doing complex actions. They are built with an intrinsic strength & flexibility, and they understand how their bodies work. Those tumblers can only get in the way of themselves by not taking advantage of their God given gifts. Not everyone is born for this, but those tumblers that are make things look a little too easy. Great work Dona!

The trials & tribulations of tumbling will strengthen a tumbler’s resolve in ways that an easy journey could never do. A tumbler that is faced with doubt, fear, & pressure can either power through it or shy away from it. They can use it to test themselves and raise their effort, or they can let it break them & give up. No tumbler gets to choose what they go through, but they always get to choose how they respond. Incredible work Sienna!
