I haven't done L sits in a while. Add another thing to my list of must do more of.
TELL ME HE’S NOT AN ATHLETE.
People love to throw the word “athlete” around… until they see what real athleticism actually looks like.
This level takes years of consistency, discipline, sacrifice, recovery, nutrition, mobility, strength work, conditioning, mental toughness, and the ability to keep showing up when motivation disappears.
It’s not genetics alone.
It’s not luck.
And it damn sure isn’t built overnight.
Power. Endurance. Coordination. Speed. Balance. Grit.
That’s earned.
Most people only see the performance.
They never see the early mornings, the sore joints, the missed parties, the setbacks, the repetition, and the relentless work behind it.

The diet industry makes nutrition way more complicated than it needs to be. People assume “diet food” has to be bland and boring… and that’s simply not true.
Here’s a quick and simple on-the-go breakfast idea that actually tastes good and fits your goals.
If you’re following a 1,500 calorie deficit diet and eating 3 meals per day, that gives you roughly 500 calories per meal. This breakfast comes in around 300 calories, leaving you about 200 calories to work with for the rest of the meal or later in the day.
Simple. Convenient. High protein. No excuses.
Remember — consistency beats perfection every time. Fuel your body, stay on track, and keep stacking wins.
