I’m notorious for smuggling in the goods 🥬

If you’re sleeping 7–8 hours, taking the melatonin… maybe magnesium…staying active and doing everything you’re “supposed” to…

But you still feel:
drained and slow during the day

reaching for that 4pm coffee or matcha

wired at night, struggling to wind down

This isn’t something to normalize. It’s your body trying to get your attention

The truth is: your body isn’t actually recovering

Because it’s not just about how many hours you sleep…
it’s about the QUALITY of your restoration.

Your body does so many important jobs while you sleep. You not only recharge your batteries, but you also clean out old damaged cells, regenerate new cells, repair injury, detox, support digestion, and promote healthy aging.

And the effectiveness of this process is shaped by how your body is supported throughout the day through intentional, needle-moving habits.

Does travel, shifting schedules, or less than ideal circumstances keep you from staying consistent with habits that you know get you strong, fit, and feeling your best?

When it comes to movement - it doesn’t have to be long, perfect, or in a gym to be effective.

It just needs to be intentional + consistent

These TRX + band workouts are my go-to when I’m traveling. They keep me feeling strong, energized, and in my body.

I’ve built a lifestyle where movement is simply a part of my regular routine…not something I have to force when it’s convenient

It’s not random

This has been my go-to morning alternative lately:
black tea + chicory root + burdock root
→ gentle, steady energy (without the spike + crash)
→ supports digestion instead of irritating it
→ feels grounding, not overstimulating

Because I’m not interested in energy that comes at a cost anymore

I’m focused on supporting my body first so energy can follow steadily

Being around my favorite 3 yr old recently confirmed something I see all the time with my clients:

👉 your body’s needs didn’t go away…
