It’s been a little over 2 years since I posted on this page. I didnt stop my fitness journey but wanted to focus entirely on myself. I didn’t feel right offering advice or guidance while on my own personal journey of mind body and spiritual growth. Now I am stronger mentally and physically than I have ever been. Recovered from a shoulder injury that left me depressed and unable to do the things I love. I’m back to prove taking time off for yourself is never a bad thing and to offer my help for others on their own journey. We can be strong alone but never as strong as we can be together. Much love

Injuries are truly one of the hardest obstacles to overcome when training. This year in Spain someone thought it would be a good idea to try and throw me in a pool and instead dropped me 10ft onto concrete straight on my elbow. The elbow healed but left my shoulder in bad shape. I couldn’t lift more than 5 lbs for months but I’ve been focused on healing and low weight movements to get my strength back. If there is one thing I won’t do it’s give up when things get harder. I’ve been sticking to riding and cardio and am finally strength training again. It will be a long road ahead but a journey of 1000 miles starts with a step. I’m doing this for myself and also any one else who is struggling. We will keep going and we will reach our goals

Reminder: Growth isn’t always a happy process. There is a level of discontent that comes with being more aware of what you want and deserve. Emotions are temporary indicators acknowledge them and let them pass. And don’t think bc you feel unhappy all is lost, it’s a sign of greater things.

New month means new goals and this month I’m doing a 30 day challenge focused on being consistent. Showing up every day for the challenge ahead and a willingness to achieve your goals starting with a daily workout. Can be any form of workout you choose including active rest bc rest is always important. Let’s see how much we can level up with 30 days of focus. The challenge starts today let’s go

Yesterday’s ride was an easy 22 mile session along the beach. I’ll be getting back to my lifting routine after some time off for a few minor injuries
