Today we celebrate freedom, community, and the opportunity to become stronger together. Wishing everyone a safe and happy Independence Day. See you in the gym! 💪

🇻🇪 Our hearts are with Venezuela. Families have lost everything in the earthquakes, and we want to help, so we’re opening our doors as a drop-off point.

Come by all day Friday 6/26 at CrossFit Kendall with whatever you can give. We’ll get it all to the collection center Saturday.

Needed: canned food, water, diapers, hygiene kits, first aid, face masks, sheets & sleeping mats, flashlights, tents, tools.
