New Year’s Resolutions…
Let’s focus on first things FIRST!
Assessing Asymmetries is one of those main things.
This guy has been suffering from lower back pain and as a solution he was prescribed pain killers.
Not on my watch! This time we worked on alignment and postural correction, he felt much better. Got his program and we’re moving from there now.
Pills only treat symptoms but they won’t solve the cause of the problem.
Any system that works balanced will always be efficient and therefore capable of endure and evolve without pain.

It Doesn’t matter where you are now, the change is always POSSIBLE.
Strength?
Power?
Mobility?
Motor Control?
Endurance?
Playing around with a 40 pounds cannonball makes me take integration to a different level, this tool challenge every single ability on human performance.

Movement occurs on shoulders, elbows and wrists; the rest of your body should remain stable.
Strength, stability and Movement patterns are necessary to all humans.
All genders should practice all patterns.
Never stop being a kid!
Keep your mind body and soul young.
Your brain loves being challenged, and will always be ready to evolve.
Do the things that makes you feel good often.
Play a lot, nothing else can give you that sense of joy that you had when you were a child.
Stay strong, stay healthy.

Transformation is natural, it is always happening. However it’s our responsibility to decide if it’s for good or the opposite.
Every day you have the choice to become stronger and healthy or just let aging and gravity do their job. Choose wisely.
The goal is to become efficient.
Preparation will always make a huge difference, and this works the same for most things in life.
