Deep Squat - 20
Back Lunges - 10/side
Lunging Chest Press - 20
Lat Rows - 10
Core Tucks - 10

This is a great workout for beginners. To make it more challenging, move quickly, do normal push-ups (no lunge), and use the steepest incline possible.
