Ever break a promise to yourself and just stop?

I almost let one missed day derail months of progress.
Almost. But I remembered I showed up 63 times before that.

When you reframe failure as part of the journey, not the end of it. I missed a day, but I didn’t miss the point.

What was the point of the streak? To create one small win that would put me back on track, and get back to a healthy habit that I let go of.

Yes I’m a trainer and a coach, but I’m also human get overwhelmed, or unmotivated.

But instead of trying to fix everything overnight, I picked one habit: walking.

A daily reminder that I still care about myself.
It helped me rebuild structure again.

If you’re in a place where everything feels like “too much”…
Start with one thing.
Don’t let the idea of a perfect streak stop you from building a meaningful one.
Even with a break in the chain, the commitment continues.

5 Things Keeping You From Losing Fat

1. 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝗗𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸
Eat too little for too long? The second you eat normally again, the fat comes back, and more.

2. 𝗪𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗹𝗶𝗺 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝘀 & 𝗙𝗮𝘁 𝗕𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Most just dehydrate you, caffeinate you, or make you run to the bathroom. Not real results.

Consistency confusion. Follow a plan so you can actually see progress. Strength is a good indicator of muscle building, and when you build muscle you build your metabolism.

Muscle is denser than fat. Measure progress with strength, photos, and how your clothes fit — not just numbers that tell you about gravity.

5. 𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗜𝘁 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲
Eat protein. Walk daily. Lift 2–3x a week. Stay consistent — that’s how you transform.

Don’t overcomplicate your routine.
