The Fitness Detective 2018, 2017 Best In Boro: Personal Training

2015 Best in Boro: Best Personal Training, Best Gym.

When you work with The Fitness Detective you no longer have to waste your time trying to figure it out on your own. Our experience of solving cases has found that, although some clues and steps are similar, everyone is an individual and takes a different approach, which is why it is so important that you don’t follow a one size fits all program. Instead, you need a program and plan designed specifically for your case to guarantee YOU get results. By digging deep into your health history, habits, and past experiences we uncover clues and hidden saboteurs that arrest your mindset and prevent you fom achieving your goals. We then use this information to custom design fitness programs, inclusive of exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle habits, which in turn unlock results. Let us show you why we have been voted Best of Boro for personal training.
