I know I look lean right now, and honestly, I don’t dislike how I look at all. 🤍 But I’ve always shared my process with you guys, so I want to be honest about where I am right now.

I’ve lost a little muscle mass, especially in my legs and glutes, and I’ve also noticed that I’m not as strong in some exercises as I used to be. And that’s okay — every day is a good day to improve. 💪🏼✨

My goal right now is to build that muscle and strength back, especially in my glutes. 🍑

So I’m starting my B***y Program again because it’s the program that best aligns with my goals right now. Back to building, getting stronger, and enjoying the process. 🔥

And if your goal is to build your glutes, gain strength, and make real progress with me, you can join my B***y Program too. 🍑💪🏼
