The happiest and nicest people youāll meet arenāt the ones that have never endured any suffering⦠rather the ones who have gone through the depths of sorrow and came out with a deeper sense of appreciation for life itself.
If you have had the privilege to meet you know that she is sunshine in its human form. A huge role model to me and one of the most amazing community leaders in the world PERIOD.
A lot of the beautiful things that have happened for me in my yoga teaching career in the past 3 years were because of this amazing woman.
Happy Solar Return šš„³š to my beautiful sister! Your continued commitment to your community and family keeps us inspired.
May your special day be full of love, smiles, sunshine and a little rain to see a rainbow š.

Normalize Reinventing Ourselves Over & Over Again.
Although I love teaching yoga and it will always be my first love, I have really been enjoying starting again as a new student and teacher of Pilates and Sculpt.
Never let anyone tell you, YOU CANāT! If anything, let those negative comments be the fire that fuels you taking it to the next level.
New Schedule COMING SOON!

Most people are shocked when I tell them I was never a gymnast nor a dancer when I was younger.
Even more shocked when I tell them that it wasnāt until I was in my 20s that I was accidentally discovered yoga and that prior to that I never did any physical activities⦠I was just always thin.
What I discovered after my first yoga class is that I might had been skinny all along, but I was weak AF! I couldnāt hold a table top, let alone a plank pose..
Andā¦. There was more to itā¦. not only my body was weak but also my mind and my heart were not in a good space.
What Iāve discovered along the ride is that itās doesnāt have to be yoga.. it can be Pilates, it can be biking, it can be running, it can be swimming⦠ITāS NEVER TOO LATE TO START SOMETHING
Donāt be afraid of saying yes and trying new things. We never know where they will lead us to.
Excuses are easier to make but excuses donāt get you where you wish you were.

Things Iām sitting with lately:
⨠you canāt be there for people who donāt want you to be there for them
⨠is it just me or do people exit the yoga room like they exit the airplane
⨠people will always make time for the things/people that matter
⨠silence is an answer too
⨠doing the same things will only yield the same results
⨠do you want to come to yoga?
⨠why do people keep skipping Savasana š¤Æ

Happy International Womenās Day āØ
As women, we embody many versions of ourselves along the ride we call life.
Iāve embraced the version of innocence.
Iāve embraced the version of shame.
Iāve embraced the version of grief.
Iāve embraced the version that called me to rediscover who I truly am.
But Iāve also embraced the version that is resilience, and the version that is growth.
All these versions shaped me, making me stronger, firmer, and wiser.
Today, I give myself permission to be the version captured in these very picturesā¦
Wildly.
Freely.
Unapologetically ME.
And to every woman reading this: Honor every version of yourself that brought you here. āØ
