I’m in my simplify-life era, because being a single mom, building a business, feeding a family, staying healthy, and trying not to lose your mind requires systems. And baby… this kitchen is getting upgraded one hack at a time.

I do not even like chicken like that, but the air fryer has me actually eating it. My old one felt toxic, so I upgraded to this glass one and I love that it helps me not burn everything… because I have been known to do that. 😝

Starting over has a sound.

Sometimes it sounds like silence.
Sometimes it sounds like prayers nobody heard.
Sometimes it sounds like kids in the background, a walking pad under your feet, music playing in your office, and you dancing in your own little world while rebuilding a life you never planned to rebuild.

Solo mom life
New business.
New attitude.
New hunger.
New passion for purpose.

Some seasons make you start over because you choose more for yourself.
Other seasons make you start over because life leaves you no other option.

But both can become holy ground.

Both can become a beginning.
Both can become the place where you meet the version of yourself you were always becoming.

This is my 365 x 43.
Almost level 44.
And I am obsessed with watching myself move, heal, build, lead, mother, laugh, dance, and come back to life one day at a time.

Because rebuilding is not always glamorous.
Sometimes it is a walking pad in the office.
Sometimes it is choosing your health while your heart is still catching up.
Sometimes it is creating a whole new world with nobody clapping yet.

But let me tell you something…

Some seasons isolate us to qualify us.

And baby, this season is starting to look like proof.
