Different seasons require different approaches. I remember spending four hours in the gym in my early twenties, and now I’m grateful for 45 focused minutes 4 days a week, which is my unique training method.
You don’t need endless time to make progress.
You need a system and a plan that fits the life you’re living now.
Don’t compare your 20 year old body, to what you look like in your 30’s or 40’s. You can’t control what you’ve done, but you can make better eating and working out choices.
It’s easy to dream about where you want to be, but make sure the actions you take daily align with where you’re trying to go.
I plan my life ahead of time.
But some days, time just gets away from you.
And suddenly you’re standing there wondering what even matters in the moment.
The reality is this.
At 6pm, you can’t do everything you intended to do.
So you stop spiraling… and you decide what’s important.
Then you move accordingly.
This was a total impromptu video.
But honestly, it was a reminder I needed too.
When life doesn’t go as planned, I still have power.
I can still control my habits with the time I do have.
And the next time your day falls apart, ask yourself:
“What would it look like honoring the woman I want to become?”
Then act accordingly.

Part of growth is accepting what you didn’t know…
and using what you know now to build a better future.
