MODULATION TRAINING™

Modulation: regulation according to measure, proportion, or requirement.

In exercise science, this may be understood as energy distribution: determining where, when, and how much energy to allocate to a given demand. But the principle extends far beyond physical performance.

In real world environments, modulation may appear as critical thinking, top-down processing, situational awareness, adaptive leadership, or the ability to respond intelligently when conditions change.

At its core, modulation is the ability to create internal order: To discern capacity according to requirement. To allocate energy according to demand. To adjust output without abandoning purpose. To know when to press, when to conserve, and when to redirect.

The body is the vessel. But my focus is the inner man. Energy modulation is applicable in exercise sciences but the skill is transferable.
