Yoga Daze at Majestical Lips Inc.

Outside yoga, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, at 6:00 PM. STARTS JULY 15th. I started my yoga practice 7 years ago at Bayfront.

I moved to Chicago and Buffalo and have exposed myself to many styles. I embrace Ashtanga (a vigorous, flowing sequence of poses) I tend to incorporate Anusara (mind-body-spirit). Two important points: 1) There is no competition and we modify poses as needed 2) When you take the time out for you, on your mat, it manifests positive outcomes in the other arenas in your life.
