“Hello Everyone,
My name is Erika. I'm currently in my senior year of college at Barry University where I am working on completing a degree in Social Work. I came to Invictus Gymnastics & Therapy because of my love for gymnastics and my desire to help others. My goal is to develop a close relationship with the children and their families in order to better support their success in both gymnastics and in life!”

Noticing a child’s perspective, reflecting it, and showing that their experience is valid, allows children to engage and be open to other perspectives.
