The founders of Train 8NINE have pioneered the CrossFit movement in South Florida. Feel free to stop in and say hello.

We are now happy to serve our Coconut Grove, Gables, Brickell, and South Miami residents with our first-class facility and coaches. Over the past nine years, we’ve trained over 4,000 people in CrossFit, under the I AM CrossFit brand. We understand that many people have different fitness needs which is why we offer an open gym environment including our Metcon (CrossFit) classes, our HIIT (bootcamp)
