I often get hungry and when I do...I WANT IT NOW!
So, I keep lots of cut fruit and veggies ready to eat.
Now I have healthy options instead of chips and junk food.

Always be thinking, "How can I get in extra some steps."
Park at the end of the parking lot and walk to the building.
Ride a bike to work.
Take the stairs and NOT the elevator.
Walk or bike to lunch and enjoy a healthy salad after getting in those extra steps.

My Secret About Berries
I love ice cream but I feel guilty EVEN on my cheat day when I have a SMALL bowl.
So, I add berries (a healthy topping) to make myself feel better. Lol

Most people choose unhealthy options MOST of the time and end up overweight and unhappy.
Don’t beat yourself up if you missed a day or you failed at the temptation and ate the candy bar.
