Another clip from my MMA Gym Sales Training last weekend! This was Jessica’s first time using our phone script - and she did great! She was clear, had great tonality, and kept control of the conversation. There was one thing she could had done better… what do you guys think it was?

For having only practiced the script for 30 min and then doing it in front of the class - and the camera - this was phenomenal! Small clip from my MMA Sales Training Bootcamp last weekend… I think most businesses drop the ball when something bad happens to a customer. They think breaking even is giving them what they wanted without anything extra for the inconvenience.
