Big week of training, two weeks in the new Hyrox Pro Program and feeling great. Arrival 5ā shorts are my go to on interval run days but Iām stoked for the Sport zero and Mesh Hybrid shorts to come in for my next competition!
33 and body is young 24, down to 12.8% body fat. Food is fuel and eating more clean consistently has been upping my training and recovery. 1k intervals are jumping up to 3:30/km and the strength isnāt going anywhere.

Your dreams arenāt going to chase themselves
Starting a supplement company has been such a humbling and exciting experience and we are just getting started. We have learned so much already and there is so much more to learn, and thatās the way we like it. Being life long learners to bring the best quality performance supplements to you. What started as a fun chat on base has turn into starting our dream business.

Day 16 Gymshark 66.

Anyone can show up when motivation is high.

Day 10/66 Gymshark 66
Weāve been back on track for a few days now and feeling strong and lean. The hardest part of the challenge is definitely not eating processed foods especially with 2 kids 3 and under. But nothing worth anything is easy and thatās why we do these things!
I told my daughter Emmy we were heading to my military base gym for HYROX training and she was so excited! She had a blast doing pull ups, box overs and counting my wallballs. Myles loved running around and pushing a ball haha.
Getting them both exposed to fitness and exercise early is so important. Setting the standard for them and other parents is important to me and this is a game changer for life, whether itās building confidence, mental resilience, instilling discipline and delayed gratification.
Just getting started.

So blessed to call you my wife and baby mama and grateful you are my best friend! What a warrior and beautiful person at the same time!
Itās been a wild year but I am so proud of you and thankful for you, for who you are and everything you do. Me and the kids are so lucky to have you and to be able to celebrate another year.

Itās that time of year.
Itās time commit to your goals, and commit to your future self.

This is my pledge that we are running it back to show people that even as a parent in your 30s with a busy life, you can still learn new tricks to change your life for the better.

Its been a rough year,
And that is part of the journey. Family life and work things have taken a lot out of the year and that is ok. I have had to pull out of a lot of races and not been able to compete as much as Iād like this year which has hurt the spirit, but that is life.
I feel like Iām starting over in my fitness journey a bit lost in my training, but I love the journey too much to give up on the goals I set for myself. These things happen and you canāt let them keep you down forever.
I plan on finishing the year strong, catching the fire back in the bottle and really take off next year on the path I had planned out.
Learn to enjoy the journey, and Breach Your Limits.
Your best is not a finish line, itās a starting point.
Every mile, every rep, every early morning when you show up tired⦠thatās where the next version of you is built. Not in the highlight reel. Not on race day. But in the grind nobody sees.
