Happy to share that we are back after about a year and a half hiatus due to recovery. We are on the water with Tracy in a new OC1 and weβve got 8 miles down and her first VK rounding ever. π

In Support of National Philanthropy Day, Paddle South Florida would like for you to join us on November 18 for the Miami Race for Inclusion, a 5K run/walk, supporting the incredible athletes of Special Olympics!
The event is part of our statewide Race for Inclusion campaign and coincides with β the day we come together to help nonprofit organizations throughout our community. Meet inspirational Special Olympics Florida athletes and invite your friends and co-workers to celebrate inclusion.
Race for Inclusion is more than a single fundraiser. It is a collection of local and regional fundraisers throughout the year that culminate in the fall with series of races around the state. Local and regional efforts may vary, but they all support our single-minded purpose: building a world that gives people with intellectual disabilities the opportunities they deserve.

Great day on the water today with at the Area 9 Games! Our athletes gave it their all and we are very, very proud of them! Thank you to the volunteers, coaches, athletes and Special Olympics staff for making the games happen!

Last night the coaches went through a CPR / Basic Life Support course . Thank you to Luiz βDungaβ Morizot for this very informative and detailed class! Thank you Paula for organizing and always making sure we are safe!
Also, thank you to Pat Downey and the U.S. Sailing Center for donating the space for our class. Our Special Olympics Paddleboard coaches are officially ready to get back on the water!
