🧠Studies show that a single burst of exercise releases a massive cocktail of dopamine and serotonin in your body.
It basically wakes up your prefrontal cortex.
That’s the part of your brain responsible for focus, decision-making, and executive function.
💸Here is how you can use that to your advantage today:
If you have a massive pitch, a difficult negotiation, or a deep-work session, don't just sit there preparing your notes until the very last second.
Get up and move for ten minutes.
It doesn’t have to be a trampoline. A brisk walk or a quick set of air squats works just as well.
You will walk into that room sharper, calmer, and more focused than if you’d just had another coffee.
Stop trying to run a high-level business with a cold brain.
