I remember 2 years ago I saw this kid at the gym, 15 years old, skinny, but with a desire and love for this sport. I approached him a few times to correct his form on some exercises. A few weeks later, he approached me and asked me to be his trainer. Long story short, he weighed 120 to 125 lbs back then. Today, he's 50 to 55 lbs heavier, sitting at 175 lbs. I can't express how proud I am of his progress.
Do you think he should go on a cut? Or keep on bulking?

In my experience as a fitness trainer, I came across multiple people being against the idea of working with an online trainer. While I may understand that someone prefers the in person training, here are 5 different reasons why hiring an Online Trainer may be more beneficial (see post above).

Never posted this transformation of me before, but on the left, it was me in college sophomore year (somehow I thought I looked good), and on the right, it was me at my best shape a little over 10 years later.
I am forever grateful for fitness and what it has helped me accomplish both physically and mentally..

Take care of your body.
Strength train at least 3x a week
Drink a lot of water.
Consume organic & grass fed products as much as possible.
