45 with zero intentions of slowing down.

When I hit 40 it really felt like my body (and life) really gave me a big F-YOU.

I have spent too many years literally mourning what was and trying to recreate THAT season that I completely forgot to really stop and appreciate the girl inside me that just refuses to quit.

Am I as strong or as lean or fast as I was 10 years ago, NOPE. But I am a hell of a lot more mentally resilient.

I don’t want to pretend like I am not getting older. Aging is a gift and one I want to fully appreciate.

So to all my perimenopausal women don’t be scared of getting older, be scared of not being able to enjoy it!

Ever meet someone and instantly think, “Yep… I like her.” 💗

That’s this girl right here.

Our boys played t-ball YEARS ago, and when I started doing spray tans, she was my VERY FIRST client.

She trusted me before I really knew what I was doing. 😂 She gave honest, constructive feedback that helped me grow into the spray tan artist I am today.

Today was bittersweet. My girl is moving to Georgia this weekend, so you know we had to squeeze in one last glow… and lunch. 🤍

Thank you for trusting me through vacations, holidays, special occasions, and everyday life. I already can’t wait to see you in December for that cruise glow! ✨
