Dear Parents,

Our Tamiami Football off-season Strength & Conditioning program officially kicks off this Monday at 6:15 PM at Tamiami Park (Field 1)! This is a great opportunity for our athletes to stay in shape, improve their speed and endurance, and prepare for the upcoming season.

Sessions will be held every Monday and Thursday at 6:15 PM, and we strongly encourage all players to attend. Consistency in training is key to their development, and these workouts will help them build the strength and stamina needed to compete at the highest level.

Please make sure your athlete brings:
✅ Plenty of water
✅ Comfortable athletic wear
✅ Cleats (if possible)
✅ A winning attitude!

We’re excited to get to work and appreciate your support in making sure the kids show up ready to grind. Let’s set the foundation for a strong season ahead!
