It is commonly found in styles such as Goju-Ryu Karate and Sh*to-Ryu Karate, where it teaches practitioners to remain relaxed, agile, and prepared for sudden action. Mastering Neko Ashi Dachi develops strong leg muscles, stability, and the tactical awareness needed to control an opponent without sacrificing mobility.
