Join us July 11th from 11AM to 2PM for a Jerk and Bracing Clinic to get better at the stuff you’re bad at! (No shade, I’m bad at this stuff too 🙃, that’s why I invited some of my favorite people to share their knowledge 🧠)

Dr. Luke Barhorst, PT, Owner of will start us off with a seminar aimed at helping you learn to improve and maintain your bracing during lifts 💪

National Coach Dan Bell with will lead a combined classroom and hands on clinic covering all things Jerk so all that hard work you’re doing on your cleans doesn’t go to waste with a missed jerk in competition 👌

After the clinic we’ll hold an optional open training from 2PM to 4PM to hang out and practice what you learned or get your training in.
