Best Shot Boxing and Fitness

We are still not out of the woods! With the dangerously low wind chills, potential refreeze when the sun goes down, sidewalks and parking lots still needing cleared off we have decided to cancel practice/classes Tuesday Jan 27th. Our Coaches and Athlete's safety is our utmost importance! Stay warm and safe everyone!

Due to weather and a Level 3 snow emergency issued for the area I am canceling practice/classes tomorrow Monday Jan 26th. Everyone stay warm and safe!🥊

17 year old Brent Aldridge set out on his journey this past weekend to continue his way through the 2026 Silver Gloves at the Regional level (a tourney designed to allow 17 and under to defend their state, region, and nation to showcase their best). This tournament allowed Brent to showcase as an open fighter. Going against last year's winner and he was confident, strong and trained. Aldridge went the distance and lost in a split decision, but was favorited by the fans and coaches in the crowd- many believing Aldridge should've taken the W. Still a win in our books, however, for this was the first of many larger, sectioned, sanctioned tournaments for Brent, and he proved that he definitely belonged there! We are proud of the fighter and young man he's is becoming! Strong self discipline, huge work ethic, high marks in school, humble, and helpful- these are the types of fighters Best Shot Boxing look to build! Thank you to our team of Coaches, the athletes that dedicate their time and support of themselves and each other, the Coaches at Tim Backs Boxing and Pryor Boxing, and the parents who sacrifice and dedicate to their children's dreams! 🥊🥊

Kid's (Youth) Boxing Mondays and Wednesdays at 6-7pm. This class will help your 6-11 year olds learn the foundations of USA Amateur Boxing. Torpedo Tate taking home the W last night with a 1st round stoppage! Great job, Champ! In his corner was Garrett and Brent! Great work getting your fighter to the top!

Cisco Hernandez went the distance, show his skill, and made all the right moves. He fought a hometown guy with 23 fights and though they did not give him the win (smh), the crowd loved him! They booed and got rowdy when the other corner was called! It was wild! Crowd favorite and the winner in everyone else's eyes! In his corner was Brent and Garrett- Great work helping get your fighter to put on a great show against a more experienced fighter!
