And we’re back!

After a month off, we’re excited to bring back our Wednesday night Speed & Agility Training starting September 9th from 6:00–7:00 PM!

We’re also excited to welcome Coach Tyler Schmidt back to lead the sessions!

We’ll be running speed and agility training throughout the fall, winter, and spring, so there will be plenty of opportunities to get faster, stronger, and more athletic all year long.

$10 drop-in fee!

We can’t wait to see everyone back out there next week! Let’s get to work!

🏆 Thank You for an Incredible Summer Training Program! 🏆

Our Summer Training Program came to a close this past Saturday! We want to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who participated this summer!

To all of our athletes — thank you for your hard work, dedication, positive attitudes, and willingness to challenge yourselves every week. Watching everyone grow in skill, confidence, and teamwork has made this summer incredibly rewarding.

A very special thank you also goes out to all of our trainers. Your time, knowledge, energy, and commitment made this program possible. We truly appreciate everything you invested in helping each participant improve both on and off the field.

Most importantly, thank you to all of the families for your support throughout the summer. We couldn't do it without you!

We're excited about what's ahead, but first we're going to take a few weeks off to recharge and prepare for the next round of training.

Training sessions will resume in a few weeks, and we'll share all the details as we get closer. Keep an eye on our page for updates!

Thank you again for being part of an amazing summer. We can't wait to see everyone back soon! ⚽💪
