Time for California to use their legislators to make a positive change. Physical therapist are prohibited from using this mechanical modality simply because acupuncturist are worrisome of the competition from the Doctors of Physical Therapy
Hey! We are super excited to be rolling out an experiment where we help people transform their bodies online. It's more cost effective than in-person training, which is neat too.
We are charging to be part of this experimental group (hey, we gotta eat too) but It'll be much cheaper than when we fully implement this program.

Getting first place in any avenue starts with making a goal, then setting a plan for that goal. Finally executing that goal with precision. Follow your dreams.
Yesterday we posted a video about proper alignment to alleviate back pain during the conventional deadlift. Today we continue with a different view to see the squeeze of the shoulder blades. By squeezing the shoulder blades it places the arm in good alignment with the body and thus do not need to hyperextend the back (as many lifters, even advanced lifters) do all too often. Prevent back pain before it starts. Educate yourself and others.
