Our My First Sports Camp campers enjoyed a wonderful visit from Little Om Big Om, where they explored the fun of yoga through movement, mindfulness, and play! From stretching and balancing to practicing calming breaths, our campers had a fantastic time learning new ways to move their bodies and relax their minds.
