JAMIE GUERRERO MEMORIAL FUND

We would like to share the launch of the Jamie Guerrero Memorial Fund, a joint fundraising effort between the Cardinal Dugout Club and the Middleton Baseball and Softball Commission.

This campaign has been established to honor Jamie’s lasting impact on our baseball and softball community. Funds raised will support the installation of memorial plaques at the Middleton High School baseball diamond and the indoor practice facility at Firefighters’ Memorial Park (see attached rendering). In addition, plans are moving forward to name the practice facility in Jamie’s honor, and campaign proceeds will help provide permanent signage at the facility.

Most importantly, this effort is about celebrating Jamie’s legacy and the countless lives touched through his dedication, leadership, and love for the game and sports community.

Any excess funds raised beyond these memorial projects will be donated directly to Jamie’s family.
