This weekend we were able to catch some of our athletes compete at the Tri-County Conference Meet!
These athletes showed up ready to dominate and did exactly that! Proud of the effort and the heart they brought to every race!

The ETS Legend herself, Addy Hynes
If you looked up the words committed, driven, and relentless in the dictionary you might find some definitions…. or you’d simply see the name “Addy Hynes” 😮💨
Addy has been with the ETS FAM for over 2 years now and has continued to show up and put in the WORK (even when she’s on a cruise) 🔥
Her consistency & work ethic has certainly paid dividends and we are excited for what her future holds.
Grateful to serve you Addy!

It was a HOT one this weekend as we had the opportunity to get out and support several of our athletes competing in the 2026 Madison Capital Classic 🥍
Reid, Colton, and Evelyn’s energy and competitiveness were on full display. It’s always great getting to see our athletes hard work in the gym pay off where it matters most!
Proud of these three and great work to everyone else who showed out on the field 💪

Why the Basics?
When people hear “the basics” they often think that means “simple” and “easy”.
The basics are actually the principles that create long-term athletic development.
This means sprinting and training with maximal intent. Moving with great technique. Progressively challenging yourself as you grow stronger, faster, and more confident.
It means knowing improvement is built over months and years. Not overnight.
With social media and flashy drills, it’s easy to believe there are shortcuts.
At ETS we don’t focus on what’s trendy, we focus on what works.
You don’t build a house and start with the roof.
You build the foundation first.
