Shout out to Tanner, Jude, Jonah, and Coach Griffith for their success down at the USA All-Star Championships representing the Badger Region!! 🦡

Tanner and his U17 team took home the Gold Medal, Jonah and Jude’s U19 team took home the Silver in their division, and Coach Griffith’s U15 team took home the Silver as well. 🥇🥈🥈

Alumni Spotlight!

Three of our former boys volleyball alumni are playing tonight in the NCAA Div III. National Championship!

Carthage will take on Springfield tonight for the title!

Huge shout out to Ruben Emmerich (‘21), Ben Heise (‘23), and Hudson Sweitzer (‘24) who all play for the Carthage Firebirds! We’ll be rooting you on!

Middleton High School senior Caden Van Buren has been selected as a 2026 WIAA Scholar Athlete Finalist, an honor reserved for just 32 seniors across the state from a pool of more than 700 nominees.

A seven-time letterwinner with the Cardinals, Caden has built an impressive list of achievements. He has contributed to two state championship boys volleyball teams, is part of four state championship team titles in swimming and diving, and has captured 10 individual state titles in the pool. He was also named Wisconsin Player of the Year in boys volleyball during his senior season.

Caden will be recognized alongside the other finalists at an awards ceremony on Sunday, May 3 at SentryWorld in Stevens Point.
