If you've spent any time around Seth, you know he's someone you can always count on to show up with a great attitude.
Seth started CrossFit in 2012 alongside his wife, Brenda. Together, they're raising two amazing children, Henry (15) and Evelyn (13), while balancing busy careers and family life.
Seth holds a master's degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology and has transitioned throughout his career from a bench scientist into commercial roles focused on drug discovery. Outside the gym, Seth enjoys boating, skiing, and traveling with his family.
What we appreciate most about Seth is his friendly personality, commitment to improvement, and consistency. No matter what's going on outside the gym, he continues to give his all, put in the work, and set a great example for those around him.
We're grateful to have Seth as part of our community and proud to recognize him as our Member of the Month!
