Today is World Cerebral Palsy Awareness Day!

Over 1 Billion people live with Cerebral Palsy. I happen to have quite a few friends who kick butt in the gym and just happen to have Cerebral Palsy too 💪

Wanted to send a shout out to many of my friends who live with Cerebral Palsy ever day and get up every morning and push through the hard days to accomplish their personal goals! 💚💜
