NEW YEAR FIT CAMP starts January 11th through March 4th. 8 weeks $199 includes diet and Zoom on Saturdays hour ABS and B***y. Also includes full membership to Core gym to do all your homework. Everyone is treated as an individual and that also goes with the diet advice, life is supposed to be fun and to be enjoyed and be happy with your body and feel healthy. Christon A. Gibson has attended the last 2 boot camps and is down 13lbs!!! Sometimes she is very naughty with food & alcohol and that is okay because she is balancing. You can get fit and have a life. * She also has injuries that we work around with different exercises that are more gentle on her body.
