After years of dealing with shoulder issues myself, I finally found what actually works 💪

Look, I'm not going to sugarcoat it - most people are doing shoulder rehab all wrong. They're focusing on the big movements and completely ignoring the small stabilizers that actually keep everything together.

This is what I call the "banded alphabet," and it's honestly one of my favorite exercises for rotator cuff health. My client here is literally drawing every letter A through Z while maintaining perfect tension and scapular stability.

Here's what most people miss: it's not about going fast or using heavy resistance. It's about control, precision, and keeping those deep stabilizers engaged the entire time.

I've seen this simple exercise transform shoulders that were "hopeless" according to other practitioners. Sometimes the most basic movements are the most powerful.

Your rotator cuff will thank you later 🙌
