LDO (Limited Duty Officer) / CWO (Chief Warrant Officer) class gift to schoolhouse.
The horseshoe is symbolic because former enlisted who go thru LDO/CWO commissioning are called Mustangs.
The horseshoe itself is 22" x 23".
