When it comes to hydration, there is no one-size-fits-all answer to the question of how much water you should drink each day. 🧐
The amount of water you need depends on a variety of factors, including your age, activity level, and climate.
That said, most experts agree that 2 liters (about 8 cups) per day is a good ballpark figure for most people. 👈
Of course, if you are sweating heavily or spending time in a hot climate, you may need to drink even more than this.
Nevertheless, you should just make it a habit to carry a water bottle with you and have a sip or two regularly.
The bottom line is that while there is no hard and fast rule for how much water you should drink each day, listening to your body is always a good idea.

Training alone has its benefits as it allows you to focus solely on your own goals and progress.
You can push yourself harder and be more disciplined, which can lead to faster results. However, working out with a partner or group can also be beneficial.
Having someone else to keep you accountable, motivated and inspired can help you stay focused and reach your goals in a timely manner.
Training with a friend (or a loved one) can make the process more fun and enjoyable, too! 💪
