Wasn’t quite the ending to the weekend we had hoped for at Orange County Fair Speedway but that seems to be to theme here for the end of the season. Around lap 30, a car pinched us into the backstretch wall and a broken brakeline caused us to exit early. Tough ending but we unloaded 2 fast racecars and stayed near the top half of the board all weekend long and I’m extremely proud of that. Thursday night we timed 3rd in our group, ran 4th in the heat, won the consi and went from 19th to 9th in the 50 lap event. Friday we timed 11th in practice, timed 7th in group A and ran 2nd in our heat race. I can’t thank all of my guys enough for busting butt all weekend long, they did everything I asked of them and more. Brendan, Mikey, Brad, Anthony, Geoff, Artie, Frenchy and Dad, thank you guys! My lovely wife Nessiah for dealing with my stress and having me ready to hit the track everytime as well! A big thank you to Steve and Kathy Dodd for the opportunity to run another 200, grateful for each time I get to stand on the front stretch for a race I grew up dreaming about! That’ll close out our 2026 season!
