1. Know quad based exercises vs hip based exercises. Lunges, squats, step ups, split squats, and leg press are quad based exercises. And chances are you do them more often than your Romanian deadlifts, hip thrusts, and back extensions. 2. Let only 20% of your leg day workout be quad based moves. So 1-2 exercises per session. 3. Make your quad based moves more about the hips and glutes. We can do that by hinging at the hips slightly. Instruction video is up next.
