🏊‍♀️Middletown, NY located inside The Courtyard Hotel Middletown Goshen (24 Crystal Run Crossing Middletown, NY)! Lessons will run:
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 10am-5:30pm
Thursdays 10am-5pm

🏊‍♀️Ramsey, NJ located at Fountain Fitness Center (1150 NJ-17, Ramsey, NJ 07446)! Lessons will run:
Mondays 3:30pm-7pm
Tuesdays 9:30am-12pm
Wednesdays 3:30pm-7pm
Thursdays 3:30pm-6pm
Fridays 3:30pm-7:30pm
Saturdays 9am-12pm

🏊‍♀️Goshen, NY located at The Goshen Aquatic Center (The Goshen Aquatic Center 1717 NY-17M, Goshen, NY 10924)! Lessons will run:
Fridays 2:30pm-5pm (potential to pause for winter months)
*Full schedule will pick back up in Spring 2027*

Our friends over at Rising Tide Swim School will be transitioning their programming to The Swim Station. We are full of gratitude and excited for this opportunity to reach and connect with their families and their community.

We will begin our year round lessons here on September 8th, with lessons Monday-Saturday, available until 7/7:30pm during the week and 9am-12pm on Saturdays.
