After tonight's workout I looked in the mirror, flexed a little. Just trying to see if I SEE any improvements. What really stuck out was that my left shoulder/trapezius is quite a bit bigger, more defined than my right. Funny thing is, I have not specifically trained these muscles at all this whole year. Shoulder in general have always been a weak spot for me. I guess when I do start adding in shoulders I'll start off light to give the right side a chance to catch up to the left side.

Real tires = too heavy.
I'll have to stick with the 60 kg faux tires inside.
Sooooo long story short.
I'm not strong enough to be flipping REAL tires YET.

Going back to an all weights workout after 4 weeks of a quicker pace, more intense, cardio like workout really just feels completely different. I could tell I was pushing myself in each but soo totally different.
Might have to add this into the rotation soon.

March is cardio month!
Bringing that resting heart rate down little by little.
Check out what we're doing this week.
Tonight's workout made me realize March will be an all around fit month where January, February concentrated mainly on strength and size.
Next week adding some tire flips to the routine.
The first two months of this year workouts have consisted of a combination of dumbbells, machine exercises and a few barbell ones as well.
Today started the 3rd training routine of the year.
New workout consists of:
Assisted pull-ups, chin ups, dips
3 different Kettlebell exercises
(Deadlift, goblet squat & press)
Pushing a sled for about 30 yards
Walking down and back 30 yards while carrying Kettlebells
Finishing up with, as with every workout, pull-ups on a set of rings.
Today was just trying to figure out what to do and how to do it. Will try and get a video together of the next one.
Took a couple days off, everything feels so much easier with same amount if weights.
