The health benefits of regular exercise and physical activity are hard to ignore. Everyone benefits from exercise, regardless of age, or physical ability.
"Those who think they have not timed for bodily exercise will sooner or later have to find time for illness."
We do not stop exercising because we grow old , we grow old because we stop exercising
