I’m busy chasing little feet around, and while the weather is beautiful I’ll be filming and posting a lot less. For those who have asked—YES✨ there are still local, in-person events and classes I’m part of this summer and I’ll keep everyone updated!

I’m so excited to announce “Take Back Your Health” a Women’s Wellness event on May 21st from 4-6pm at Stranded Yarn and Coffee Shop in Midland, MI. 🙏🏼
I’ll be co-hosting this event with Reagan Rios Healing Through Holism, and Alina Warner of Wellness Within You.
Reagan will guide a meditation and EFT tapping practice created just for this event.
We’ll enjoy fine, hot tea as we learn from Elina on Releasing stress and embracing gratitude.
I will lead a gentle, restorative yoga flow meant to release tension stored in the body.
We want you to feel supported in taking back your health with tools and practices, claiming peace and gratitude for your life & releasing stress and anxiousness!

Take a minute and check your body tension—relax your forehead, jaw, lower your tongue from the roof of your mouth, relax your shoulders, open your chest up, and take a deep breath (or ten).🤍 This is a simple and very beneficial practice that helps regulate your nervous system so you can show up properly for yourself and those you love.
