Happy Monday!

As a mom I know how crazy our days can get from jumbled nap times, school pickups, dinner times and bedtimes. Some times the day goes by quicker than we think and P**F! Where did our time to workout go?
That’s when being flexible comes in handy.
Some days were able to make it to the gym or get a full workout in at home. Other days we have to compromise with a stroller walk. And that’s OKAY. More times than not this makes us feel guilty or ashamed when it shouldn’t. Life isn’t Ground Hog Day, so why do we treat it as such? Your fitness routine should be flexible to your life style not the other way around.
You’re still showing up and that’s what really matters!

Happy Monday

Today’s motivation hits home for me as a mother.
Life can be so Chaotic and in today’s world as mothers we feel so much pressure to be perfect. Do we even know what a perfect mother looks like?!?! I sure as heck don’t.
Our children aren’t going to remember the perfect mother because there’s no such thing.
Children aren’t going to remember a mother who was physically and mentally present with them. A mother who is strong. A mother who is powerful.
And that’s what truly matters to them.
This is why our health is so important. So we have more opportunities to be present with them as much as we can.
So, lift for yourself and for them.

Today we remember how difficult it can be to truly believe in yourself and believe in the goals that you’re trying to reach.
Some times the simple act of showing up lifting some Iron can help drown out the Chaos and help restore that belief back in yourself.

This past year has been all about building, learning, and finding balance — as a mom of 2, a business owner, and a woman who refuses to settle for “good enough.” But 2026? It’s the year of leveling up.
