Bring the kiddos over to Siebert Elementary at 6:30 tonight for a fun, energetic workout! Our classes are for kids of all fitness levels and do not require any special skills, experience or equipment. Everyone is welcome!!

One of our core objectives is focusing on agility. Some of the benefits include improved coordination and balance, a stronger mind-body connection, enhanced natural reflexes and improved self-esteem. Come join us for a fun workout to develop these and other skills.

Hi there! I'm Matt Lemon, owner of Spark Fitness. We're growing and I need to hire someone to help with social media management and marketing.

This is a freelance/project based position. The right person must be experienced with social media management and marketing in a small business setting.

Tasks will include:
* social media management support
* minor marketing tasks
* developing engagement and retention strategies
* insight into new ways to grow and expand

Experience working with the fitness industry is a plus, but not required. This can be a 100% remote position. Pay based on experience and project complexity. If you or someone you know may be interested, please reach out!

The forecast for tomorrow looks quite warm! We're going to push our class time for Saturday the 25th back from 3pm to 6pm. Hopefully that'll ease some of the heat. We're still going to be at the playground area at Siebert Elementary. Hope to see you there!
