Seung-ni Midland is home to motivating instructors, high-energy classes and a fit fam that shows up for each other. Seung-ni Fit Club Midland is a local fitness center and group workout studio serving Midland, Michigan since 2008. We offer instructor-led Body Sculpt, indoor cycling, fitness kickboxing, Boot Camp, strength training, and the 6-Week Body Challenge. Classes are available seven days a week with options for different fitness levels. Members can also use the infrared sauna, join classes streamed live from the Midland studio, and access more than 100 on-demand workouts in the Seung-ni app. Our welcoming, high-energy environment combines varied workouts with a supportive local fitness community.
